ACCSOON Return & Refund Policy

1. Return Authorization Required
All return, refund, or exchange requests must be submitted to Accsoon customer support before returning any product.

and provide:
- Order number or proof of purchase
- Description of the issue
- Photos or videos if applicable
Returns sent without prior authorization (RMA) may be refused or delayed.
2. 14-Day Return Window
Accsoon accepts return requests within 14 calendar days after delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in original condition
- The item must include all original accessories and packaging
- The return request must be submitted within 14 days of delivery
Accsoon reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet these requirements.
3. Refunds
Refunds are issued only after the returned product has been received and inspected.
Approved refunds include:
- Product purchase price only
The following costs are non-refundable:
- Original shipping fees
- Expedited shipping fees
- Return shipping costs
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
Typical processing time:
- PayPal / domestic cards: up to 10 business days
- International credit cards: up to 15 business days
4. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, unless the return is due to:
- A confirmed manufacturing defect, or
- A shipping error caused by Accsoon.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Accsoon is not responsible for lost return shipments.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include:
- Order number
- Photos of the packaging
- Photos or videos showing the issue
After verification, Accsoon will provide either:
- A replacement, or
- A full refund
In these cases, Accsoon will cover the return shipping cost.
6. Non-Returnable Situations
Returns may be refused in the following situations:
- Return requests submitted after the 14-day return window
- Products showing signs of use or damage
- Missing accessories or packaging
- Unauthorized modifications
- Products returned without prior approval
- Incomplete returns
7. Restocking Fee
For approved returns that are not related to product defects, Accsoon may charge a restocking fee of up to 15% of the product price.
8. Refused Shipments
If a shipment is refused by the customer or returned due to an incorrect shipping address, Accsoon may deduct the following from the refund:
- Original shipping costs
- Return shipping costs
- Handling fees

ACCSOON Limited Warranty Policy

1. Warranty Coverage
Accsoon provides a limited warranty for products purchased directly from the official Accsoon online store.
The warranty period begins on the date the product is delivered to the customer.
Warranty periods are as follows:
- Main Electronic Products
(such as CineView wireless video transmitters, monitors, and other electronic devices)
1-Year Limited Warranty - Accessories
(such as mounting brackets, adapters, cables, and similar accessories)
6-Month Limited Warranty - Consumables
(such as screen protectors, batteries, filters, and similar items)
90-Day Limited Warranty
This limited warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
2. Warranty Service
If a product is found to have a manufacturing defect during the applicable warranty period, Accsoon may, at its sole discretion:
- repair the defective product, or
- replace the product with a new or refurbished unit of equal or greater functionality.
Replacement products may be new or refurbished.
Repair or replacement does not extend or restart the original warranty period.
3. Warranty Claim Process
All warranty claims must be submitted to Accsoon support before returning any product.

- Order number or proof of purchase
- Product model name
- Product serial number (if available)
- Description of the issue
- Photos or videos showing the problem
After reviewing the request, Accsoon may provide troubleshooting guidance or issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) with return instructions.
Products returned without prior authorization may be refused.
4. Shipping for Warranty Service
Customers are generally responsible for shipping the product to the designated service location.
If the product defect is confirmed to be covered under warranty, Accsoon may cover the cost of shipping the repaired or replacement product back to the customer.
Accsoon is not responsible for products lost during return shipment, and customers are strongly encouraged to use a trackable shipping service.
5. Warranty Exclusions
This limited warranty does not cover damage or defects resulting from the following:
Improper Use
Improper installation, operation, maintenance, or storage not in accordance with official product instructions.
Unauthorized Repairs or Modifications
Repairs, disassembly, modification, or firmware alterations performed by anyone not authorized by Accsoon.
Physical Damage or Abuse
Damage caused by accidents, dropping, impact, liquid exposure, misuse, or neglect.
Third-Party Accessories or Software
Damage caused by the use of non-Accsoon approved chargers, batteries, cables, firmware, or accessories.
Normal Wear and Tear
Including cosmetic damage or normal deterioration such as:
- scratches
- dents
- coating wear
- button wear
- connector looseness
Environmental Damage
Damage caused by extreme environmental conditions including:
- excessive heat
- high humidity
- dust exposure
- heavy vibration
Missing or Altered Labels
Products with removed, altered, or unreadable serial numbers or product labels.
6. Products Not Covered by Warranty
This limited warranty does not apply to:
- products that are lost or stolen
- products purchased from unauthorized sellers
- products purchased through third-party marketplaces
- products used outside their intended purpose

8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Accsoon shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to:
- loss of data
- loss of business revenue
- loss of production time
- equipment rental costs
- or other commercial losses
arising from the use or inability to use the product.
